the atlantic ocean, according to a recent federal study, is... indeed dying... the fish populations are down, the "balance" of the water is off, and it is a dirtier body of water than it was... when?... not sure...
however, contrary to my earlier post about the snow in so. indiana being white now, the foam which washes up with the waves here in the low country of so. carolina is not as pretty white as it once was... at least, as it is in my memory of childhood on the florida coast...
the federal commission that completed the study made over 200 recommended changes... in how we treat our ocean(s)...
