once again, i find that i can not believe that our local government is soliciting monies to... build and maintain roads rather than soliciting monies to build and maintain a rapid mass transit system from here to there in the greater charleston area...
our traffic mess is only going to get worse as development of roads expands and expands... soon, we will need roads that run in the air to get from here to there and back again...
