responsible for the fall of man?

david limbaugh writes on his website that, according to the democratic left,
"Bush let 9-11 happen, he's responsible for the flu vaccine problem, and basically for the Fall of man."
now, this would be funny if it were not so sad... because i believe that this viewpoint is widespread among liberal democrats and liberal independents... this irrational idea that bush and the republicans are somehow evil beings dedicated to the destruction of mankind and the earth itself...

david limbaugh's book persecution outlines the other major problem in the u.s.a. at present... an equally irrational fear of people who believe that jesus christ alone is the way to an abundant life and to the one and only god... for it does seem to me that this fear of christianity and its representatives in government is a complete misunderstanding of the founding fathers call for a separation of church and state...

after all, our country was founded by christians seeking a place in which they could worship freely without any restriction by a government body...

and yes, i do believe this is meant not only for christians, but for muslims, buddhists, etc.

still, we should not forget that ultimately the only way to god is through our lord and savior, jesus christ... and that god will honor the country that aligns itself with him...

"Traditions change as the world evolves. Medieval Christians believed that any sex for pleasure was a sin -- and only allowed in marriage for the intention of procreation-- their beliefs were based on the teachings of Paul. It used to be that if a child was left-handed, parents would tie that hand behind their back to force them to use their right one. People are born with abnormalities which man cannot change. Homosexuality is a born trait, not an acquired one as sciene proves. Homosexual unions are not anymore sinful than heterosexual ones, yet no attempt is made to outlaw young people living together before marrage-- like many couples I have known. I believe the Bible is a holy book and teaches us "the way, the truth, and the light". Lying is a sin, gossip is sin, greed is sin, malice is sin--- allowing people to starve in Sudan is sin! [there isn't oil in Sudan] I think this country is too absorbed with the "SINS" of man much more than doing "unto others as you would have others do unto you."

End of sermon. Couldn't help it.

"M"/"B",
you have forgotten something basic and not often clarified for believers or non-believers... that our sinful nature is an inherited trait, i.e. genetically passed down through an original bloodline stretching back over time to adam and eve... hence the term original sin... all sin emerges from a "born trait" as you call homosexuality... and paul teaches that all have fallen short of the glory of god; and there is not one who does good... even jesus asked, why do you call me good? only the father in heaven may be recognized as good... no one who is a christian should say that a homosexual is any more of a sinner than he or she is... repentance, redemption, salvation is the key... and ultimately the only difference between any of us...
